Kenya's Victor Kipruto Togom, emerged victorious at 2023 Madrid Vintage run by Total energies, a World Athletics label road race event held in Spain on Sunday, June 11.
Kipruto stopped the clock in massive 26:38, the second fastest in the World this year. Bravin Kipkosgei of Kenya and Ethiopia's Bareket Betelon closed the podium in 27:02 and 27:17 respectively.
He now tie in third place in all-time list, with former World record holder, Joshua Cheptegei of Uganda.
The 26-year-old has not been beaten in his last four races. A streak which has saw him dominate all the road races in Spain.
